At last, something sensible from the Coalition on transport

A Tory minister proposes that work start times be staggered to reduce congestion - described in this Guardian article.

Now, to be really sensible the government would be doing this itself rather than exhorting others to do it. Think how much impact that would have - especially if they carried it over into schools! See this earlier post - as good now as when I created it in 2009.
