Journey Dynamics designed MyDrive to encourage drivers to consider their driving style and as a result, be able to identify traits that could be changed to meet their own criteria.
ReplyDeleteFor example, to be more economical drivers could analyse their speed and acceleration characteristics across different road types and environments. In this way, MyDrive is a valuable aid to encouraging a more economical driving style, which in turn leads to more sustainability.
MyDrive also makes safer driving and vehicle maintenance scores available.
However, you are right that its raison d’être is not purely sustainability.
