Cisco has always seemed to me to show more joined up thinking than most. I really like the first incarnation of its Personal Travel Assistants, even though it was mainly vapourware rather than a real product.
Some updated videos here; but this illustration from Seoul appears to be stuff that is actually working now! Looks really cool, which would encourage usage. I like that way that it includes integration of carbon credits, and the fact that it's as much about environmental education as travellers' convenience. Hooray for Seoul, and Cisco too.
Would love to hear from any Seoul residents as to how well it works.
