TFL launches an Intelligent Speed Adaption trial

Good news really. There ought to be wider trials; this one is on one taxi and twenty other vehicles. Why doesn't the central government show more of an example here? Perhaps putting ISA systems on ministers' cars would have saved them a certain amount of embarrassment. Every little helps, especially now.

Of course, the news has been greeted by the usual whining from the 'Cars = Freedom' brigade...another case of Big Brother deliberately and callously stealing our natural liberty to run people over and smash each other up.
