Location and Timing KTN "Informed Traveller" event at the National Physical Laboratory

I went to this interesting event. Lots of interesting presentations, soon to be posted on the Location and Timing Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) web site. Perhaps most interesting was some insight into the results of the UK Technology Strategy Board's competition on "Intelligent Transport Systems and Services" - which has been running since November 2008 but had until now completely passed me by!
