A detailed report with quantification. Not too much specifically about travel/transport - some discussion of teleworking and videoconferencing, and rather more on smart logistics. But very detailed modelling and quantification - sets a benchmark for this sort of analysis, to set against wooly claims that telecoms is good for you.
