Have just discovered the Sustainability stream within the Vodafone's Betavine community. Lots of really interesting projects here, including several that are transport/travel related. Mainly about fast prototyping, with lots of really cool-looking developers lashing up code in all-nighters in Shoreditch. Perhaps not very much of this will end up as real products/applications, and not all of the ones that do will end up actually changing behaviour as they intend to -- but it's impossible to look on without being impressed by the ingenuity and the enthusiasm. Very impressed with the ideas, the inspiration, and the team behind this.
