Parking solutions

Another example of ICT being used to make things nicer for drivers. This solution uses mobiles and RFID tags to help the bloated dopes find their cars in car parks when they can't remember where they put them (though come to think of it I've done that myself).

Incidentally, this is to be found on the website of a car parking industry association - surely one for 'Have I got news for you'. Lots of stuff here about pay-by-phone parking - which I can't see as having any sustainability benefits at all. I suppose if you could pre-book your parking space it might at least cut down on driving time spent looking for parking.
