Perhaps this might spark a re-think of all the effort that goes into behaviour change. Exhortation, and even better information, have not done much to change the key trends. Particularly noticeable with the school run - more people are driving their kids to school, despite all the campaigns to persuade them otherwise.
If you want to get people out of their cars - and since we are worried about traffic congestion, pollution, climate change and obesity I presume we do - you need to make it less nice for them to be in them.
